In my fifth week working at LogMeIn I had the opportunity to fly to our Budapest office to participate in our yearly Hackathon. We had three days to come up with a big problem to solve for a LogMeIn product and present onstage to the executive board.

First, I spent time on research and persona building to validate the problem and our
three day solutions for making doctors more accessible in the age of technology. 
I had a lot to learn about the growing telehealth space.

Based on my research, I developed three user personas to better empathize
